WE ARE OPEN and OPERATIONAL to support our customers
Dear all
We remain open and operational to support you.
As measures tighten to control the global spread of COVID-19, we continue to monitor and review our operational procedures to ensure adherence to the latest government guidance. The safety of our employees, customers and suppliers remain our top priority.
We are pleased to confirm that the measures we have put in place (including social distancing, split shifts and remote working) are running well and we don’t expect any major disruption to our services moving forward.
Our working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 3:00pm Friday. You can call us on our usual number 01327 871044 or send an email to orders@eurotron-uk.com.
All our departments (in-house service, on-site service and sales) remain open and operational. Our account and admin department are fully operation working from home offices.
In order to reduce the risk of contamination in our goods-in department, all items delivered to us will be placed in quarantine for 24 hours. As a result, you may experience minor delays but we hope you understand in these circumstances.
Our key suppliers, including our spare parts suppliers remain unaffected so we are able to maintain a smooth supply of products.
Providing support to you is critical to keep the energy industry running. If you require advice, assistance, guidance or support, please get in touch – we’re here to help.
We would like to thank you for your business and assure you of our support through this period of uncertainty.

20-03-2020 Covid Update
Max Moltrasio
Dear all,
We know many of you are dealing with the impact caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus and our thoughts are with you in these unprecedented times.
We would like to inform you of the efforts and measures we are taking in order to continue serving you, today and in the future without any disruption.
Firstly, the safety of our employees, customers and suppliers is our main priority, and we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation on a daily basis. As circumstances change, we may reach out with more information or an update. At this moment we are following the advice of the Government and Public Health England.
We would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that our business operations continue as normal and all manufacturing, in-house services and on-site services are working at full capacity with no disruption of product supply or product service, repair and support. In some cases however, we are experiencing delays in supplier deliveries and logistic flows.
Like other companies, we are making some adjustments to our processes and I am pleased to announce that the following measures have now been put in place on site;
We have adopted a no-handshake policy and social distancing (keeping a safe distance of two metres apart) by rearranging work stations and advising employees to only use their personal work station.
We are encouraging our employees to wash their hands more regularly by equipping work stations, communal areas and toilets with hand sanitisers. We have also scheduled cleaning of door handles and general housekeeping more regularly.
To reduce the number of staff on site at any one time and accommodate the needs of our employees with young children, we have introduced a split work shift. In essence, this extends our working hours from 8:30am to 10:00pm, Monday to Thursday. Friday working hours will remain the same – 8:30 am 3:00pm. We are confident this measure will reduce the exposure to the virus for our employees whilst also improving our customer service.
We have extended the option to work from home to our sales and accounts departments. They are still contactable on the normal office number should you need to reach them: 01327 871044.
We have advised our suppliers and customers to refrain from visiting our site.
Our on-site service for both planned and non planned visits, will continue as normal unless there are any customer/site restrictions or new government guidelines issued. We have introduced additional procedures to ensure the safety of our employees and also our customer on site, reflected in our RAMS.
Clearly these are uncertain times and we will continue to monitor and to update you in the coming days and weeks. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your valuable business, please do not hesitate to contact me directly if wish to discuss anything further.
Kind Regards
Massimiliano Moltrasio
