- Full contact details
- A daytime telephone number or mobile
- Specify any fault you might have experienced ( this will speed up the process)
- Include all the accessories (charger, printer, flue gas probe) as we will ensure a full check
Our service department will do their best to return your analyser with-in the 2-3 days turnaround
